Tim Murphy
Tim Murphy joined Cardinal Midstream Partners in 2025 and brings more than 16 years of engineering and operations experience across the midstream and downstream energy sectors. Throughout his career, Tim has led large‑scale infrastructure development, asset integrity programs, and multidisciplinary engineering organizations across multiple U.S. basins.
Prior to joining Cardinal, Tim spent over a decade at EnLink Midstream, where he held senior leadership roles including Senior Director of EHS & Asset Integrity and Director of Asset Engineering. In these roles, he oversaw major capital programs, commissioning of cryogenic processing facilities, pipeline and compression expansions, and strategic asset redeployment initiatives that delivered significant capital efficiencies. He also supported project development efforts across the Permian, Louisiana, North Texas, and Oklahoma, and contributed to commercial and M&A evaluations.
Earlier in his career, Tim held engineering roles at Devon Energy and ConocoPhillips Pipeline Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
