Cardinal’s natural gas midstream operations include a premier gas gathering, treating and processing system located in the heart of the Delaware Basin in Loving and Reeves Counties, Texas and Eddy County, New Mexico.
The system includes approximately 150 miles of high- and low-pressure natural gas gathering pipelines and a 140 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) natural gas processing facility. Construction is currently underway to expand the plant’s capacity to 360 MMcf/d by early 2026.
